2. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms of access and use of the pixoraviewer.com website and the Pixora Viewer tool. Any access or use of the service implies full acceptance of these conditions by the user.
3. Intellectual Property
All elements of the pixoraviewer.com website (texts, logos, graphic elements, source code, interfaces) are the exclusive property of Swiss Core Tech or are used under a valid license. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or distribution constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
The user retains full intellectual property over all of their photographs and videos played in the application.
4. Liability & Guarantee
The Pixora Viewer service is made available “as is”. Swiss Core Tech implements reasonable means to ensure smooth and secure operation, but cannot guarantee absolute universal compatibility with all corrupted media files or obsolete codecs not supported by the user's browser.
5. Applicable Law & Legal Venue
These conditions are governed and interpreted according to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved amicably, the competent Swiss courts will be the only ones authorized to rule.
6. Mediation (For French consumers only)
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, Swiss Core Tech adheres to the CM2C Mediation Service.
